Looking for a job teaching kids equestrian skills? Our premiere group of camps are actively hiring horseback staff for Summer 2024. You will work, play, and live in a structured outdoor environment as a summer camp activity specialist, emphasizing a sense of fun, family, friendship, and belonging.

Salary:

• Typically, summer camp activity specialists can expect to make $300 – $400 a week during the summer, or around $1,400 for a typical 4-week session, and $2,100 – $3,200 for a typical 7-8 week session. Salaries depend on credentials and experience and vary from one camp organization to the next.

Most of our camps are on the East Coast of the USA.
