Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Barn Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all daily barn operations and horse care
• Manage feeding programs, turnout schedules, and overall horse wellbeing
• Coordinate veterinary, farrier, and other professional services
• Maintain barn cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Order and manage feed, bedding, and barn supplies
• Maintain records related to horse care and barn operations
• Ensure a calm, professional, and discreet environment for riders and horses
Qualifications
• Experience managing a professional or private barn
• Strong horsemanship and understanding of horse health and care
• Proven leadership and staff management skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Physically able to perform barn duties as needed
• Professional demeanor and comfort working in a private facility
