About Us:
Located in the heart of Johnson County, HSNT Ranch, is a private facility dedicated to helping neglected or surrendered animals heal and find new families. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for both our horses and our staff.
What You'll Do:
This isn't just "cleaning stalls"-you are the eyes and ears of our equine health team
- Equine Care: Daily turnout, feeding/watering, and basic health checks
- Facility Pride: Meticulously maintaining stalls and aisles (we love a clean barn!)
- Ranch Support: Assisting with brushing and bathing, deworming, assisting farrier with hoof work, and assisting the veterinarian by holding animals for procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Horse Sense: You are comfortable and confident handling horses of various temperaments
- Reliability: Our horses depend on us 365 days a year. We need someone who shows up on time, every time
- Physical Stamina: You enjoy being active and working outdoors (Texas heat and all!)
- Attention to Detail: You notice the small things, like a horse off their feed or a leaky bucket
The Perks:

- Schedule: Day shifts from 8am to 5pm. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday.
