Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

User Eligibility

EquineHire is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and located within the United States of America. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. Users outside the USA or under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our services.

Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they post on EquineHire. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate.

Service Usage

EquineHire is a platform for connecting horse owners with equine professionals. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of services provided by professionals listed on our platform.

Users agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the service.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using any automated system, including but not limited to bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or any other automated means, to access, collect, harvest, or extract data from EquineHire without our express written permission.
• Copying, reproducing, downloading, or storing any content from EquineHire for commercial purposes, competitive analysis, or to create derivative works or competing services.
• Using EquineHire if you operate, own, or are employed by a competing job board, recruitment platform, or similar service in the equine industry.
• Aggregating, republishing, or redistributing job listings, employer profiles, candidate information, or any other content from EquineHire on any other platform or service.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of EquineHire, including features that prevent or restrict copying of content.
• Using data obtained from EquineHire to contact users for marketing, recruitment on behalf of competitors, or any purpose unrelated to legitimate employment opportunities posted on our platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account, legal action, and claims for damages including attorneys' fees. We actively monitor for unauthorized scraping and data collection activities.

Liability

EquineHire is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our platform or the services provided by professionals listed on our site.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for EquineHire services are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the plan selected by the user.

Refunds may be issued at the discretion of EquineHire management. Generally, refunds are only provided in cases of technical issues preventing service delivery or other exceptional circumstances. Users should contact our support team within 7 days of the charge date to request a refund.

EquineHire reserves the right to modify pricing and refund policies at any time, with notice provided to users prior to any changes taking effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of EquineHire shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky. By using our platform, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to the venue of any such proceeding in these courts.
