Equellness Center, an Equine Assisted Services (EAS) nonprofit in Park City, Utah, is seeking an experienced Barn Manager & EAS Riding Instructor to oversee horse care, schooling, training, and barn operations, while supporting the EAS program on our 5-acre property. This role, in addition to caring for our five (and possible additional) horses, includes developing lesson plans and providing safe, high-quality private and group riding EAS programming for individuals of all abilities.
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Barn Manager & EAS Instructor is responsible for the health, wellness, record-keeping, training, and conditioning of the herd, while ensuring exceptional service for clients, staff, volunteers, and visitors. CTRI, ESMHL PATH Intl. or CHA certifications preferred.
As part of the compensation, the successful applicant will live onsite in a two bedroom barndominium, which will be shared with a female EAS instructor between mid May and mid October.
