Stable Moments Program Director

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Mentorship Program Director will be responsible for creating, managing, and providing oversight for all client interactions and experiences with the program. As this is a critical component to the Stable Moment’s® mission, this person will uphold an overarching trauma informed framework, for all mentors, staff, parents, and volunteers. S/he will work closely with the Executive Director and Barn Manager regarding budgets, scheduling, and sustainability efforts. This person will provide all trauma informed training for Staff, mentors and provide ongoing parent support and education to guardians of children in the program. She will manage the Mentorship Program’s community outreach, communications, events, and activities to gain continued participation and program awareness.
