PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI)

Therapeutic & Recreational Riding Center, Inc. (TRRC) is seeking a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor to provide safe, effective, and engaging therapeutic riding instruction to individuals with disabilities in accordance with PATH Intl. standards.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and teach therapeutic riding lessons
2. Assess riders and establish goals
3. Select and manage horses for lessons
4. Direct volunteers and side walkers
5. Maintain documentation and progress records
6. Uphold safety and risk-management practices
7. Support horse conditioning and program readiness

Qualifications

1. Current PATH Intl. CTRI certification
2. Experience teaching riders with disabilities
3. Strong horsemanship and horse handling
4. Effective communication and teamwork
5. First Aid/CPR certification

Part-time or full-time based on availability.
