Rider Guide for Horse Riding Tours in the nature of Rila National Park, Bulgaria
Job Description
Rusaliite Adventure House is looking for a tour guide to lead riding trips in the mountain. We offer riding lessons and tours in nature for half or full day ride. This is a dream riding job with minimal stable cleaning, for a responsible and experienced rider.
Responsibilities:
- Lead riding tours with children and adults from 1 hour to half and full day trips; give riding lessons
- Train young and misbehaving horses.
- Assist vet and farrier as needed.
- Supervise volunteers if/when necessary.
- Light technical maintenance of the electric fence as needed.
- Replace the stable guy in days off by cleaning the stable and feeding the other animals. This is done within the work hours and only 2 days per week.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Advanced riding skills - English riding
- Experience training horses - lunging, breaking, riding
- Experience in caring for horses - grooming, feeding, cleaning stable
- Intermediate or advanced level of English language
- Customer service skills
- Punctual and reliable personality and work ethic
- Good physical condition
- Driver's license
- Long term commitment, this is Not a seasonal role
- Eligible to work in Bulgaria or EU countries; we do Not sponsor for visas
