Brand Partnerships Manager (US-Based Preferred)

About the Role:
NKC Equestrian Training is a growing coaching and training business focused on delivering high-quality training, resources, and business/ mindset coaching to equine and canine practitioners, in the UK and North America.
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships within the equestrian industry, particularly in the United States.
This is a key growth role for someone who can actively create opportunities and expand our presence in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop partnerships with:
Equestrian brands
Influencers and riders
Industry organisations
• Build and manage long-term relationships
• Negotiate and manage collaboration opportunities
• Represent NKC Equestrian Training within the US market
• Drive brand growth through strategic alliances
• Communicate regular updates within the NKC Team, and within the media and industry partners.
•Handle logistics for The Healthy Horse Conference, and other smaller events, working closely with our inhouse team.

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of the US equestrian industry (essential)
• Experience in partnerships, managing in house PR, and brand development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Relevant experience and a good understanding of marketing, and communication
• Knowledge of NKC Coaching and Educational Programs.
• Creative, positive and highly organised.
