4. Job Postings

• Posting Guidelines: Job postings must be clear, accurate, and provide a fair representation of the job opportunity.
• Prohibited Postings: You may not post job listings that are discriminatory, promote illegal activities, or contain false information.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds for job postings are only available if the request is made within 48 hours of the initial posting. Refunds will not be provided for job postings that have been live on the platform for more than 48 hours.
• Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please email our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of posting the job listing. Include your email address, the job posting title and the reason for requesting the refund.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your job posting at any time by contacting our support team. Canceling a job posting does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

6. Use of the Service You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the service for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. You must respect all copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights associated with the service.
