Arioneo is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate talent to strengthen our field team in the U.S., specifically in Florida or Kentucky.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for someone passionate about horse racing, sales, and customer relations to join us as a Sales Representative & Customer Success Manager. In this role, you’ll support Arioneo’s growing U.S. market by prospecting new clients and managing relationships with racehorse trainers, veterinarians, and equine health professionals.

You’ll be responsible for the entire sales process, from building your own client portfolio to supporting customers with data analysis and after-sales service. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and tech teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting: Identify and engage new prospects through dynamic, hands-on demonstrations of our sensors, with a focus on EQUIMETRE.
  • Business Development: Drive client acquisition in the U.S. and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Events: Represent Arioneo at major horse racing events to grow your network and strengthen the brand’s visibility.
  • Customer Support: Provide fast, effective technical and logistical support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Success Management: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure they get the most value from our products, assisting them with data analysis and training reports.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

  • Strong knowledge of the horse racing industry; existing contacts within the U.S. racing sector, particularly in Florida or Kentucky, are a major advantage.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • A natural curiosity for new technology and a passion for science in equine sports.
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing your own schedule effectively while maintaining regular updates in our CRM system.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site demonstrations and events.
  • A proactive and outgoing attitude, with a drive to reach out to prospects and meet your goals.
