Training Assistant/Intern

Looking for a training assistant/intern to take the lead role in starting the young horses under saddle & helping keep the show horses exercised as needed.  May on occasion involve stall cleaning duties, feeding, haying, etc.  We do not bronc out our youngsters, we teach ground work first, build confidence, then proceed to the saddle.  Most of our young horses go on to be sale prospects, so a good foundation is a must.  Looking for someone experience, but not unopposed to learning new training methods if needed.  Job is Mon-Sat.  No housing on site, but we are close enough to town where there is affordable housing available.  Prefer non-smoker.
