Job Description
Trowbridge's Ltd. is seeking another team member to work in our internationally known Arabian horse training division. We are located in beautiful Bridgewater,CT., where we have been for over three decades.
We are in search of someone interested in assisting in all facets of horse care in our 20-30-horse training program. Basic horse skills and experience are needed for this position. Included in responsibilities will be medicating, grooming, turn-out, tacking, lunging, feeding and general horse handling.
Our farm has a long history of mentoring young people interested in an equine career, and we have many of our past team members currently in very successful training positions across many disciplines both within and beyond the Arabian horse community. Growth opportunities are there for interested individuals, as are travel with the show team and the opportunity to learn from other professionals.
Housing is available for the appropriate candidate. For candidates within our area in Southwestern CT (Danbury/New Milford area) part time is also possible. Salary depends on hours vs full time, and whether housing is included.
