CWD is the #1 brand in French saddlery and a partner to the world's top riders, including McLain Ward, Kent Farrington, Sam Walker, Hyde Moffat, Mac Cone, Natalie Dean, Harrie Smolders, and Adrienne Sternlicht, with the growth of our cutting-edge technology in the 2GS saddle. We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative for a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse-related activities. Covering the territory of Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama.

What we are looking for...

  1. A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse show
  2. Prior successful field sales experience
  3. Someone travel- ready with a clean driving record
  4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals

Requirements

  1. Sales Representative Mission:
  2. Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory
  3. Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
  4. Represent CWD at horse shows
  5. Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service

Sales Representative Salary: We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.

Potential salary including base + commissions:

Year 1: Potential of $55K (including base & unlimited commission)

Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85k (including base & unlimited commission)

Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (including base & unlimited commission)
