Professional rider/trainer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional rider and trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional riding abilities, from developing young horses to competing at Grand Prix level, and should be comfortable riding both on the flat and over fences across all levels. Responsibilities include teaching intermediate to advanced lessons in hunters, jumpers, and equitation; working effectively with individuals of all ages and skill levels; and managing various aspects of barn operations, scheduling, and packing for horse shows. Additional duties involve helping set jumps and adjust courses, traveling to shows, schooling clients' horses as needed, and driving the horse trailer (preferred). Candidates must show respect for horses and colleagues, maintain a positive and safe environment, and strictly abstain from smoking, alcohol, or drug use.
