Now hiring a full-time Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI)

Motivated full-time CTRI wanted at Windridge Therapeutic Equestrian Center (a PATH Int’l Premier Accredited Center) outside of Longview, TX. Looking for a CTRI who is passionate about people, teamwork, teaching, and caring for horses. Position involves adaptive/therapeutic riding instruction & support, horse care & training, volunteer supervision, feeding rotation, help with facility maintenance & other duties as needed at a beautiful 25+ ac. facility with pastures/trails/pond, sensory trail & covered arena. Job involves computer use, ability to lift 50+ lb consistently (feed), and includes PTO, paid holidays, PATH Int’l membership, CTRI cont. ed. & renewal, & CPR/first aid certification. Salary commensurate with experience. High potential for barn/equine manager position, as well as individuals not yet certified, for the right candidate. Come join our awesome team!
