CWD is the #1 brand in French saddlery and a partner to the world's top riders, including McLain Ward, Kent Farrington, Sam Walker, Hyde Moffat, Mac Cone, Natalie Dean, Harrie Smolders, and Adrienne Sternlicht, with the growth of our cutting-edge technology in the 2GS saddle. We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative for a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse-related activities covering the territory of Michigan, and North Ohio.

What we are looking for...
Prior successful field sales experience
Someone travel- ready with a clean driving record
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter
Sales Representative Mission:
Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory
Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
Represent CWD at horse shows
Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service

Sales Representative Salary:
We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.
Potential salary including base + commissions:
Year 1: Potential of $55K (including base & unlimited commission)
Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85k (including base & unlimited commission)
Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (including base & unlimited commission)
