Horse care position located north of Richmond VA

Seeking either morning or afternoon horse care help, or combination of the two for a total 1f 8-20 hours per week for 10 horses, most who live out. Typical day can be 2.5 – 5 hours depending on candidate’s needs. Historic farm, peaceful setting with large trees, modern facilities, professionally managed. Feeding, watering, cleaning 1-3 stalls/run in sheds, some blanketing,  grooming, and keeping stable tidy. Farm management, mowing, etc for higher number of hours. Prefer someone with young horse experience as we have a yearling and a 2 year old warmbloods coming along. Possible availability of up to 3 stalls for right person to bring own horses or training horses. Facility has 70×200  indoor with GGT footing, owned by retired USEF dressage judge and FEI rider with extensive training with a German riding master. Now pursuing incorporation of positive reinforcement training into dressage. Instruction available.
