Head Groom or Working Student

We have a position open for an immediate start for the fall and winter season. I would love if anyone was looking for long term, but happy to have a snowbird. I value someone that can be a team player, and put the horses needs first.

We are a small, busy program that is horse care forward and has a high standard. We train out of in Anthony, FL, a top training facility in the Ocala area. We do a lot of young horses, so experience/interest in developing young horses is a plus! I have ridden through the CCI 4 star level and have been helping students reach their eventing goals for over a decade. Before riding full time professionally, I was an FEI groom and manager for a 5 star rider as well as the Area 2 Young Riders chef d'equip. I truly believe that anyone can find their place in eventing, and I try to provide a pathway for those that want it!

The person we are looking for could be a working student with competition goals, a groom looking for a more stable schedule, or young professional looking for opportunities.

Working student compensations include a Stall, shared housing, and small salary with opportunities for growth if desired.

Groom, manager compensations will reflect experience.
