Full-Time Horse Caretaker / Groom

This is a hands-on barn position—not a barn manager position. Responsibilities include:

1. Feeding
2. Turnout
3. Mucking
4. Maintaining a clean and organized barn
5. Basic horse care
6. Safely handling Thoroughbreds and rescue horses.

Applicants must have real horse-handling experience, be physically capable of barn work and lifting 50 lbs., be reliable and organized, and be comfortable working around OTTBs and rescue horses.

Our farm is a non-smoking property. Compensation is based on experience, with luxury RV housing included.

Applicants must currently be legally authorized to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship.

Luxury RV Housing:

1. Located 10 minutes from the farm
2. 35 ft. long and fully equipped
3. Comfortable accommodations for the right person
