Flat rider for hunter/jumper barn

Flat rider needed for h/j barn in Snohomish, WA. We are in need of an individual with a solid foundation in hunt & jump seat equitation and experience riding green/developing horses. This individual will be providing support for established trainers and will be filling-in when trainers are unavailable. Some tacking/untacking, grooming and tack cleaning. Part-time to start, with potential to grow your riding skills under the tutelage of current trainer. Applicant must provide riding videos to be considered. Additional work may include lunging, jump setting/course design, turn out/in, etc. Our operation is small and our clients are "hands-on", so excellent people skills are a must!
