Lead Veterinary Assistant - Equine Sports Medicine
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the capacity of a veterinary assistant with a focus on oversight of group logistics and organization. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the organization of staff for two veterinarians, developing and implementing strategies for logistics, while also actively participating in veterinary technician and assistant duties.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for equine sport horses, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with both the veterinary team and support staff to provide high-quality care to our animal patients. Previous experience in a veterinary setting and knowledge of medical terminology and procedures are preferred.
