Devoucoux is currently looking for a West-Coast Sales Manager based in Los Angeles, CA.
Primary Objectives:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
Enhance the efficiency of company tools in daily sales activities
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
Attend major horse shows to represent the company
Analyze sales performance and prepare detailed performance reviews
Train, coach, and evaluate sales team members to ensure their growth and effectiveness
Collaborate with other departments to deliver an optimal customer service
Coordinate operational marketing activities to boost network development and increase brand exposure
Travel Requirements:
Approximately 70% travel within the West Coast and Mid-West regions, including 10 Saturdays per year
Location:
West Coast, relocation may be required
Compensation Package:
Package: $90k in the first year, with opportunities for increase
Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks plus the week of Christmas
