Job Description: As a Beginner Horse Trainer at Equipoint Equestrian, you’ll play a key role in nurturing the skills and confidence of our novice riders. You’ll provide instruction in foundational riding techniques and horse care, ensuring a positive and educational experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching: Provide beginner riding lessons focusing on safety, basic riding skills, and horse handling.
• Training: Work with beginner-level horses to maintain and improve their training.
• Client Engagement: Foster a friendly, supportive environment for clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and motivated.
• Horse Care: Assist with general horse care duties, including grooming, tacking, and stable management.
• Safety: Maintain a safe learning environment for both riders and horses, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in teaching beginner riders and handling horses.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching and working with horses.
• Certification: Riding instructor certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Physical Ability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and handle horses of varying temperaments.
