Iron Spring Farm, a nationally recognized breeding and sales farm, is looking for a Full-time Barn Groom to join our team in Pennsylvania. If you love working with Warmbloods, Friesians, and Lusitanos, this is a fantastic opportunity.
We're seeking a self-motivated team player with solid horse handling and show grooming experience. You should be comfortable in a busy, professional environment and have excellent communication skills. Experience with sport horses, young horses, and stallions is a big plus.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Stall cleaning and general cleaning
- Grooming and tacking up horses
- Feeding and turnout
Competitive pay with additional benefits available after a probationary period. We require an excellent work ethic, background check, and authorization to work in the USA for any employer. 5 ½ day work week.
