Barn Assistant/Groom

Core Equestrian in Woodside, CA is looking for a new full time or part time groom/barn assistant. We have a well-established program that caters to dressage and jumper riders. The job will include duties associated with the daily care and maintenance of approximately 25 sport horses. Duties will include proper care of all horses including feeding, turnout, grooming, tacking, blanketing, and other tasks for an efficient barn. No stall cleaning is required. Solid experience handling horses, eligibility to work in the US and able to speak English is required. Riding, showing and/or teaching may be an option if the candidate is qualified. We are looking for a combination of a team player and self-starter who is attentive to the needs of the horses and the barn even when not under direct supervision.
