Assistant Trainer

Assistant trainer position in a professional dressage training barn. This is a riding role but will include shared barn responsibilities such as feeding, turnout, grooming and tacking horses (but no stalls). Rider will have opportunities to train on an average of 4-6 horses per day with coaching from head trainer, and will also have the chance to teach lessons and develop training skills. Rider will be expected to work as a team player for the barn's needs with fellow grooms and barn manager for a 6 day work week, 7am-4pm.
