Assistant Trainer / Barn Mgr

We have 25 horses in training and are ISO a fun, outgoing individual to join our team. Although this is mostly an at home position, there will be plenty of opportunities for showing and traveling at times. A example of duties include:

Teaching kids and adults alike, from starter to 2’6.

Organizing daily activities, turnout, walker, Theraplate, Beemer, preparing grain, etc.

Horse Show entries and logistics.

Manage vet records and client records.

Riding and schooling training horses.

Some grooming responsibilities.

Occasional barn chores.

Candidates must be able to multitask and have pride in ownership. This job can change daily and we need someone who can go with the flow and handle chaos at times! We are a a no stress zone!
