Rainbow Meadows is seeking an experienced horse trainer to assist us in assessment, training and retraining of our equine residents to prepare them for adoption.

Ideal candidate

-Must have a commitment to and heart for equine welfare;
-Will be a team player;
-Is a Self-starter;
-Can accommodate a flexible schedule;
-Must have personal transportation;
-Commits to being reliable and detail oriented;
-Is willing to learn and apply our training methodologies;
-Can provide professional references for training experience and expertise;
-Willing to apply both R+ and liberty training methodologies;

-No on-site housing;
-Tobacco free; vape free; alcohol free; and drug free environment.
