Head Groom
I am looking for someone who wants to join our fun, horse-loving, hard-working, team of professionals as the Head Groom for my Team Dream Training Center (www.myDHF.com) in Lebanon, OH.
The right candidate will be my right-hand person and will receive education and experience relating to every aspect of the business. We specialize in developing dressage horses and their riders through the levels. We are not a sales barn or a young horse development facility, so the riding opportunities are limited to your own horse and some hacking, depending on the candidate’s riding proficiency.
As with any job within our equine industry, success and longevity only happens for those who truly LOVE horses, because this is a demanding career choice, but oh so rewarding.
We pay salary, provide onsite housing, board for one horse, and lessons. Only US citizens and valid work visa holders accepted; papers will be required and screened.
