Groom/Barn Manager

Team Tate Dressage is Hiring!  We’re looking for an exceptional professional groom for our world-class dressage training program.

This full-time position oversees all aspects of the care of our horses. We are looking for a self-starter who can also follow directions, has sound judgment, and keeps things neat and tidy.  Outstanding communication skills, being considerate of others, and a positive attitude are a must. 

This position requires previous experience with competency lunging and handling horses of all ages and levels. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, efficient, competent driving a truck & trailer, and a nonsmoker. Previous equine vet tech experience is a plus. 

Winters will be in Wellington, FL, and summers in Landrum, SC. There is the possibility for international travel with the horses as well.
