Full-time Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI)

Windridge is seeking a motivated full-time Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) to work with children, adults and veterans outside of Longview, TX. Position available immediately as we are growing!

• Successful candidates will be passionate about people, teamwork, teaching, and caring for horses and possess a commitment to excellence.
• Windridge is a PATH, Int’l Premiere Accredited Center that operates on 43 beautiful ac. with pastures/trails/pond, sensory trail & large covered arena.
• Position involves adaptive/therapeutic riding instruction & support, horse care & training, volunteer supervision, feeding rotation, help with facility maintenance & other duties as needed.
• Job also includes computer use, ability to lift 50+ lb regularly, Saturday shift for part of year, and good communication skills.
• Includes PTO, paid holidays, PATH Int’l membership, CTRI cont. ed. & renewal, & CPR/first aid certification.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
