About Us:

We are hiring! As our practice continues to grow and expand, we are looking to add a fourth member to our team. ProPulsion Equine PEMF specializes in equine wellness therapies, providing pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy, kinesiology taping (KT), and red light therapy (RLT). Based in the Hudson Valley of New York since 2020, we work with 220-270 horses each month, encompassing various disciplines but primarily focusing on hunter/jumper.

Position Overview:

In this highly rewarding role, you will be trained and certified to perform PEMF, KT, and RLT sessions with horses. We will provide extensive (paid) training, mentorship in a supportive learning environment, and a roster of established clients to ensure your success. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and map your own client routes. Our clients are wonderful to work with, and we take pride in our work.

Ideal Candidate:

• ●  Extensive experience in the equine industry with excellent horse-handling skills.
• ●  Formal college education in equine science or a related field.
• ●  Background in equine healthcare, bodywork, or rehabilitation.
• ●  Strong knowledge of equine anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, health, andperformance.
• ●  Passion for helping horses.
• ●  Familiarity with the hunter/jumper industry.
• ●  Self-driven with excellent time management and communication skills.
• ●  Strong sense of professionalism.

• ●  Dependable, trustworthy, and able to take initiative.
• ●  A desire to work with both horses and people.
• ●  Valid driver’s license, safe driving skills, and reliable transportation.
• ●  Based in the Hudson Valley of New York and willing to commute to various horse farmsand show venues within an 85-mile radius.
• ●  Able to carry 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditionsyear-round.Contract Details:

● ProPulsion Equine will provide the clientele and cover the cost of your education, training, certifications, equipment, and supplies. Marketing, bookkeeping, vendor fees, and equipment insurance are also covered by our practice.

○ PEMF machine and attachments are valued at > $20,000.

• ●  Full-time flexible work schedule.
• ●  As a contractor, you will earn 40% of all PEMF revenue you generate.
  • ○  Usually $40/session, with an average of 45 minutes spent working on each horse, excluding driving time.
  • ○  Time spent ‘working on horse’ includes scheduling appointment, performing session, disinfecting equipment, writing session report, and sending invoice.
• ●  Once fully trained and certified, average caseload will be 100-135 sessions/month with an average monthly income of $4,000-$5,400+.
  • ○  Opportunities to earn up to $400/day for a full day of work (10 horses).
  • ○  Virtually unlimited income potential: you are welcome to add new clients to yourschedule and will be paid for any work performed.
• ●  As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own transportation coststo various client appointments. A business car will be made available to you at no costmost of the year (April-December).
• ●  Proof of liability insurance is required.
