tailored for the equestrian market. Our mission is to provide high-quality, stylish, and
functional eyewear to horse lovers who demand the best in both performance and fashion.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate horse lover who is social media savvy to join our team as a
Social Media Manager. This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours, perfect for
someone who is excited about the equestrian lifestyle and has an eye for engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy Development:
○ Collaborate with key executives to develop and implement a social media
the strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals and values.
○ Identify and target key demographics within the equestrian community to
grow our social media presence.
2. Content Creation & Curation:
○ Curate and manage daily content (images, video, and written) that resonates
with our audience on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
○ Showcase our products in an authentic and engaging manner, highlighting
their benefits and use cases in the equestrian world.
○ Keep up with the latest social media trends, particularly within the equestrian
community, to ensure our content remains relevant and appealing.
3. Community Engagement:
○ Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages,
and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
○ Foster a strong community by encouraging conversations and interactions
that build brand loyalty and trust.
○ Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors within the
equestrian community to enhance brand visibility.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
○ Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools
like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, and TikTok Analytics.
○ Provide regular reports on social media metrics (e.g., follower growth,
engagement rates, reach) and adjust strategies as needed to meet growth
objectives.
○ Track competitor activities and emerging trends within the equestrian niche
to inform and improve our social media strategy.
5. Ad Management (Optional):
○ Assist in managing paid social media campaigns, optimizing them for better
reach and conversion.
○ Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad content that drives traffic
to our e-commerce site.
Qualifications:
● Passion for Equestrian Lifestyle: A deep understanding and love for horses and
the equestrian community.
● Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing social media accounts,
particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
● Creative Skills (a plus, but not required): Ability to create visually appealing and
engaging content that resonates with the equestrian audience.
● Marketing Knowledge: A background in marketing, especially within the
e-commerce space, is a plus.
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong
ability to engage with online communities.
● Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to
make data-driven decisions.
Position Details:
● Type: Part-time (1 hour/day or 20-25 hours/month)
