Job Description
Job description includes timely processing of A/P and A/R in addition to overseeing payroll processing through an external company, disbursement of sales proceeds, month-end closings, Human Recourses, banking operations, vendor credit card management, ACA compliance, and weekly cash flow summary. Candidate will also compile and provide data to an external CPA firm.
Strong computer skills including, but not limited to Horse Farm Management, Word, Excel and QuickBooks are important.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and problem solving skills. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication along with familiarity of the Thoroughbred industry while working well in a team environment and comfort in reporting directly to managing partners.
